This year’s Annual Fall Conference is scheduled for October 18th and will be held at Bethlehem Baptist Church in Greenfield. We will start the day with breakfast at 7:30 a.m., and then we will meet in the auditorium for our meeting at 8:30 a.m. We hope our meeting will be filled with worship and information about what Weakley County Baptists, Tennessee Baptists, and Southern Baptists are doing here at home and around the world. This year’s theme is “Evangelism” and comes from Matthew 9:36-38. Bro. Josh Carden will give our theme interpretation, and Dr. Don McCulley will preach the annual sermon.
Thank you so much for your faithful giving to our Great Commission Offering. This money goes to fund associational mission projects, both local and abroad. Thus far, we have collected $13,609.47.
October 12 is designated as Pastor Appreciation Day. I encourage you to constantly support your pastor and staff. I also encourage our pastors and staff to continue to love your church and be faithful in leading them to glorify Christ.
