WCBA:  The Annual Meeting was October 18th @ Bethlehem. We had a great turnout and are so thankful to Bethlehem for hosting!  The next Disaster Relief certification class is October 25th in Jackson. Details can be found at https://tndisasterrelief.org/event. We have just signed up with CarePortal to work with Weakley County DCS as a way to get local churches and the community involved in meeting the needs of local families.  More information can be found on our website and Facebook pages. 

Bethlehem:  Sunday, October 5th, we honored Mrs. Jeanette Floyd and Bro. Derrell Cothran for their many years of service, Mrs. Jeanette for 56 years as treasurer and Bro. Derrell for 50 years as music director! Plaques were presented to each one with a delicious meal afterwards in a beautifully decorated   fellowship hall. Many family members and friends attended this surprise event for these two special people. Sunday, October 12th, special gifts were given to our pastor and his wife in honor of Pastor Appreciation Day.  Pastor:  Jim Garner

Bible Union: OCC Drop Off Dates: November 17th-22nd from 11:00 am-5:00 pm, 23rd from 12:00 pm-4:30 pm, 24th from 7:00 am-9:00 am. We are excited to welcome our new pastor, Bro. Mark Dowdy and his wife Sarah as of October 19th. We will have our Harvest Sunday October 26th.  Pastor:  Mark Dowdy

Central:  We will be hosting a Trunk or Treat October 31st from 6:00-8:00 pm. Everyone is invited to attend. Pastor:  Kylan Mann

Dresden FBC:  Our Men’s Breakfast will be Saturday, November 1st at 8:00 am. All men in the community are invited for food & fellowship. The Sew Faithful ministry will also meet that same day from 9:00 am until noon for sewing/non-sewing mission projects. Helping hands are always needed. The BCM Impact Team will hold our 6:00 pm service on November 2nd. Our young ladies ministry L.I.F.T. will work on an outreach project Wednesday, November 12th. The Women on Mission will host the Noonday at the BCM on UTM campus Thursday, November 13th. Our senior adult JOY will gather Tuesday, November 18th for fellowship, food, & an informative health care program. All seniors are invited. Our churchwide OCC shoebox packing party will be Wednesday, November 19th at 6:00 pm with a devotion, pizza, &  packing. The Agape Class & Deacon body will host the annual Widow/Widower luncheon on Sunday, November 30th following the morning service.  Pastor: Don McCulley

Gleason FBC:  A Joy in the Season Ladies Night Out was enjoyed by our ladies and guests recently. Our annual Harvest Day will be Sunday, November 2nd with Bro. Pete Tackett bringing the message and music by Mr. Charles Ross. We will receive our Harvest Day offering and enjoy Harvest Day lunch.  Everyone is invited.    Pastor:  Bro. Bill Ellis   

Hodges Chapel:  We will be having a revival October 26th @ 5:00 pm and October 27th-29th @ 6:30 pm.  Pastor:  Andrew Evans     

Liberty:  We will be having our annual Harvest Day Service October 26th @ 11:00 am with The Owen Family singing after a meal.  Pastor: Pete Staples                                                  

Mack’s Grove:  Our annual Youth Hunt will be Saturday, October 25th with breakfast at 4:00 am and lunch after the hunt. Oak Grove:  God’s still blessing our church! Our new driveway and parking lot are done and our pews have been padded! We had a great attendance on Friends Day. Thank you to all our friends and families  who came to worship with us on this special day. We will have a ” FALL-O-WEEN” meal on Wednesday evening October 29th at 6:30 pm. If your church doesn’t have service on Wednesdays come join us for good food and fellowship. Interim Pastor: Jerry Powell 

Pleasant Grove:  We will have a community Thanksgiving Service Sunday, November 23rd @ 6:00 pm. All are invited to worship with us in a service of thanksgiving and praise to the one who is worthy to be praised. Special music presentations and congregational singing, and preaching of The Word. Ralston: Welcome to Bro. Jimmy Jones and his wife Amanda who we have called to be our children and youth director. He has been working with the kids of our church during the summer and has led our VBS and other activities. The men of Ralston are meeting one Saturday morning a month for their fellowship breakfast. The ladies are making pillowcase dresses for missions. Pastor:  Kenneth Springer
