Dresden FBC: The Men’s Monthly Breakfast will be Saturday, April 5th, at 8:00 am. All men are invited for food & fellowship. Our Sew Faithful will also meet Saturday, April 5th, from 9:00 am to noon for sewing & non-sewing mission projects. Helping hands are always welcome. JOY for senior adults 55+ will gather Tuesday, April 15th at 11:30 am for devotion, meal, and program by professional gospel singer Joan Jones Gregory. Call the church office by April 10th to RSVP. Our Children’s Ministry will host a Community Wide Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday, April 19th, starting at 10:00 am at Wilson Park. Our Adult Easter Cantata Choir will present By His Stripes We Are Healed Sunday morning, April 20th, during the Easter Celebration service. Our TeamKID Closing Ceremony will be Wednesday, April 30th, at 6:00 pm in the worship center. All family & friends of TeamKID participants are invited. Pastor: Don McCulley
Gleason FBC: Bethel University Renaissance Bluegrass will be at FBC Sunday, April 13th, at 10:30 am. Children’s Eggstravaganza will be April 16th. Good Friday services will be at 9:00 am, noon, 3:00 pm, 6:00 pm with guest speakers and musicians. It will be a day of fasting and worship. Join us in celebration during this Easter season. Greenfield FBC: Spring work day at FBC is set for Saturday, April 5th, beginning at 8:00 a.m.. Our Senior Saints will be providing a delicious soup lunch for the workers that day. The Hem of His Garment sewing ministry continues to meet on the second Saturday of the month, which will be April 12th, from 9:00 am – noon. They have had requests from area nursing homes for additional adult bibs. Our seamstresses continue to make quilted prayer squares, quilts, and crocheted items. The group keeps the sewing machines humming and are showing the love of Christ with the items that are stitched with love. An egg hunt will be held at the church on April 12th from 2:00-4:00 pm. FBC’s music ministry will present their annual Passion Play at 6:30 p.m., Good Friday, April 18th, with a finger food fellowship will follow. Doors open at 6:00 p.m. This is a free event. Pleasant Grove: On Sunday, March 16th we enjoyed a soup and sandwich fellowship meal after morning service that included a Surprise Grandparent Shower for Bro Tony and Mrs. Tommie Sue. They are so excited to be expecting their first grandchild, a sweet baby boy, to arrive soon in Hawaii. They were presented with gifts for baby Tate and also some special items just for the future Pop Pop and Glammie. Congratulations are wished to the whole Terrell family!
Ralston: Please join us at Ralston Baptist Church for the Ladies of Grace Women’s Conference. It will be April 12th with check-in beginning at 8:00 am. A continental breakfast will be available. Our speaker will be Cherry Heines, from Second Baptist Church, on the theme “Joy for the Journey.” Lunch will be served. This is free of charge, but space is limited.
