Notes from the DOM Desk…
               
               “Easter Sunday” is April 20. This is the Sunday that many churches set aside to celebrate the resurrection of Jesus Christ. This is a good day to invite family and friends to church who may not attend on a regular basis. Of course, the church meets every Sunday to celebrate the resurrection. I hope April 20th will be a great day in your church.

                A special thanks to all of you who take leadership roles in our association. I appreciate you taking your                responsibilities so seriously and doing your best to plan and promote your events. I realize that each one you has key roles in your local church, but you are still able to faithfully serve our association.

                Our summer mission trip is scheduled for July 12th-18th. Our Executive Board has also voted to sponsor a mission trip to Honduras. All the details have yet to be worked out, but the date is sometime in June. We will publish the            information as soon as we get it.
